Computers and Technology

  • The LEARN Centers have computers, tablets and iPads to use in the center.
  • Come to a class on basic computer skills, or drop in anytime with your technology questions.
  • Bring in your new phone, tablet, or laptop computer to learn how to use it.

Financial Counseling

By appointment.

  • A Department of Human Services (DHS) Resource Specialist will help you overcome financial obstacles that are standing in the way of your education goals.
  • Receive financial education and one-on-one financial empowerment counseling.

Ready to take the official GED® test now? Find a GED® Testing Center.

Latest GED News!

The passing score for the GED® test is now 145 instead of 150.

  • If you scored between 145-149 on a GED® test subject in the past, your status has changed from fail to pass.
  • The GED® is available in Spanish and English.
  • There are four subject tests. Reasoning through Language Arts takes 150 minutes. Science, Social Studies, and Math take 90 minutes each.
  • These subject tests can now only be taken on the computer, and scores cannot be combined with tests taken prior to 2014.
  • You pay for and take each test separately. Tests are $33.75 each.
  • Register to take the GED® test at one of the following approved testing centers by visiting www.GED.com.
